The ring is centered with a channel set round brilliant cut diamond.  One side of the ring is flush set with a round brilliant cut diamond.  The ring measures 3.7mm wide at the top, rises 5.1mm aboce the finger, tapering to 2.1mm wide and 1.5mm thick at the base of the shank.
